I am a POTS yoga specialist. I have the condition myself and understand how limiting it can make our ability to exercise. Because of my personal connection with POTS, I am keen to help others with the condition who would like to do yoga but have found the practice impossible to do in a ‘regular’ setting. I am pleased to now offer a weekly online group class on Thursday mornings and I also offer 1:1s online from the comfort of your own home.
Equipment needed for the sessions- please come prepared with a mat, block and cushion. You may also want to bring a blanket for added comfort, especially if you have sensitive knees or wrists.
