I am a post natal exercise specialist and run Mummy & Baby yoga classes in the Shepton Mallet area. In these sessions you bring your baby with you- perfect for maternity leave!
If group classes don’t work for your schedule, you can book a 1:1 where I come to you instead. Please be aware, I sometimes bring my own baby to these sessions too. Don’t worry about feeding/ nappy changes- you can do these things during the class.
