I am a pregnancy yoga specialist and offer small group sessions and 1:1s in the Shepton Mallet area.
During a 6 week pregnancy yoga course, you will learn ways to keep your body strong throughout each stage of pregnancy, how to relax the mind and body in preparation for birth and breathing techniques to support you through labour. We will also discuss the importance of the pelvic floor during pregnancy and the post natal period.
Mats, blocks and cushions will be provided for these sessions for your comfort. You may want to bring a blanket for added comfort, especially if you have sensitive knees or wrists.
PLEASE NOTE: If your baby arrives before the end of the course or you are advised by a medical professional to stop exercising prior to your due date, you will be offered a refund for the sessions you can no longer attend.
