2:1 Postnatal Yoga Course


Postnatal yoga runs at the home studio in Shepton Mallet with a max of 2 mums per class. Non mobile/ crawling babies are welcome to join the sessions. Full address is provided upon booking.

What is Postnatal yoga and who is it for?

Expect to find yourself doing lots of gentle healing postnatal yoga where your baby can come too! This class is the perfect combo for mum & baby where BOTH get to enjoy the class. 

 Postnatal yoga is focused around healing our bodies after pregnancy & birth. We will focus on our core strength, our pelvic floor, stretches to get rid of aches and pains & much more. The class will end with some gentle, cool down songs for babies & mums will hopefully get a little relaxation time in too! 

The class is held in Shepton Mallet at the home studio with full address provided upon booking. Plenty of free parking nearby. 

 You may like to bring a comfortable surface to lay your baby on. There will be some opportunities during the class for your baby to join in too (optional) but please note you are always responsible for your own baby during these sessions.

If you need to stop to settle, feed or change your baby then please go right ahead, these classes are relaxed and fun, making them perfect for both mum & baby.
