Mum & Baby Yoga online is held via Google Meet at 11am on Tuesdays and runs for 50 minutes. These sessions are suitable for mums in the postpartum period (after their 6 week check from the doctor). In these sessions we work on strengthening the body after pregnancy & birth, re-toning the pelvic floor plus time for breathing and relaxation which is much needed during this time. Babies are welcome to join in with the exercises or play around you whilst you work. You will be required to fill in a health questionnaire prior to joining your first session. You are also welcome to join these sessions if you are pregnant and modifications will be given to you.
Laurie, your instructor, is fully trained in pregnancy & postpartum exercise and is also a mum herself. You’re in safe hands here.

You need to have a google account to use google meet or download the app on your smart phone/ tablet. The link changes each week so make sure you are using the new link each week. Please book at least 15 minutes prior to class to ensure you have the class link in time. After this time, emails may not be checked. Thank you!
